The Clock Tower (Royal) package is ₹1,28,600 for 7 days in quad sharing and goes up to ₹2,58,300 for 15 days in double sharing. Every price includes the return flight, Umrah visa, hotel, breakfast and a private car.
Our VIP Signature package includes suites at Raffles Makkah Palace or Fairmont Makkah Clock Royal Tower and The Oberoi Madinah, Kaaba-view rooms on request, a chauffeur-driven GMC or Mercedes, VIP airport meet & greet, business class on the Haramain high-speed train and a personal Aalim. It is priced on request because it depends on your dates and suite category.
Normal processing takes 2–4 working days, and an express option is available. You need a passport valid for at least 6 months, a photo with a white background and a copy of your PAN card. The visa can be applied for up to 30 days before travel.
Yes. We book flights from Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kochi, Kozhikode, Lucknow, Kolkata, Chennai and many other cities — direct where available, otherwise with one stop. You can also book your own tickets, in which case ₹40,000 is deducted from the package price.
Group Umrah runs on fixed dates for 15 days with a group Aalim and coach transport. Private Umrah lets you choose your dates, the number of days (5 to 15+), the hotels and whether to start in Makkah or Madinah — and the car is only for your family.
For a first Umrah, 10–15 days works best — around 6–8 nights in Makkah and 4–5 nights in Madinah. If you are short on time, a 7-day package comfortably covers Umrah and the Ziyarat of both cities.
Yes. On request we arrange wheelchairs at the airport and in the Haram, rooms near the lift, and help with booking golf-cart service inside the Haram. The Elite and Royal packages are the easiest for elders because the hotel is right next to the Haram.
A 70% advance with documents confirms your booking, and the remaining 30% is paid when the final hotel and flight vouchers are issued. Payment is made by bank transfer.
Between 15 December and 15 January, and during Ramadan, hotel rates near the Haram rise sharply and rooms sell out early. For these dates, book 6–8 weeks in advance — we confirm the live rate on WhatsApp.
